How do I cancel my box?

Not happy with our service? No worries, you can cancel your subscription anytime after receiving your first shipment. We don't tie you in for multi-month subscriptions like other box subscription companies, the only thing we ask is that you give us a shot before canceling.

** It takes up to 24 hours for our team to receive your request and reach out to finalize your cancellation.


Before You Cancel

Did you know we can pause your box for up to 3 months at a time? If you just need a break to work through your stash or you'll be traveling just let us know! We can also change your address to send your box to a new location while you're away from home.

You can always extend your pause before it renews or renew early at any time!


You must request to cancel your box at least 24 hours before your box renewal. We make every box fresh to order and as soon as your box renews, we are preparing your box for shipment, and it's important that we receive your request to cancel before your box renews.


How to Cancel

From your dashboard, click "dogs" on the left-hand side

Click the pencil icon for the subscription you'd like to pause

At the bottom of the page click "subscription settings"

Select "cancel my subscription" and click "cancel subscription"

Select the reason for cancelation and click "submit"

This sends a cancellation request to our team. We will contact you to confirm your cancellation.

If you have a membership and a box, ensure you are requesting to cancel the correct subscription or both.

You can also text us a message on our customer service line (858-348-5954) or message in our chat window, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Your box/membership is not canceled until you receive confirmation from one of our team members.


My box already renewed. How do I cancel it?

We need 24 hours notice to stop a payment. Once your box renews we can't guarantee that we can catch it before it ships. You will need to speak to a member service agent to cancel a box that already renewed.

If we are able to stop it there is a $2 processing fee to have the box refunded. Or you can have a credit for the entire amount added to your account.
