We're sorry to hear your pup didn't like everything in your box. Each dog has their own preferences and sometimes they aren't used to raw or air dried food. There may be an adjustment period when you introduce each item. We do not offer a refund on boxes that have been opened. But we do offer replacements!
You will need to speak to a customer service team member. They can offer you some tips to get your dog interested. If none of those work, we can restrict the item from your subscription so you won't receive it anymore and send a replacement in your next box.
