Believe it or not, there are treat thieves out there...

If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive your box it is likely still on the way! We have found that occasionally boxes are marked as delivered before the weekend but they haven't been. The majority show up within 3 days. We recommend reaching out to your shipping carrier so that they can confirm the scan location.

If they confirm the delivery location it's possible your box was stolen. We do offer a one-time replacement for boxes lost or stolen in transit.

We can only promise to cover the first reshipment, but if this becomes a regular occurrence, any future replacements will be at your cost.
