Customers may "return to sender" unopened boxes for a full refund minus a $2 processing fee. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to return opened boxes. All bags must be unopened. We cannot refund partial boxes if some of the bags are opened. A refund will be processed after the box is received and the contents confirmed. Alternatively, the customer may receive a credit for the full amount of the purchase.

You must request to cancel your box at least 24 hours before your box renewal. If a request to cancel is received after your box renews, we will do our best to pull your order from shipping but we cannot guarantee we will be able to do so. If we are able to stop a box from shipping a refund may be issued minus a $2 processing fee. Alternatively, the customer may receive a credit for the full amount of the purchase.

Secret Shop orders are final upon shipment and cannot be returned.

After member benefits have been used in any way it can no longer be refunded or offered as a credit.
