Promo Rules:
We will add a credit to your account after checkout that will be applied to your next subscription box. Credit will be equal to the total of your box minus taxes and shipping.
Treat & Chew box - $60
Taxes and shipping/membership charges may apply. 2nd box is not sent with the first box at the time of purchase. It is sent 28 days from the original shipment.
This credit applies to new users checking out for a Treat & Chew Box only.
If you switch to a smaller box for your second month the remaining credit will be put towards any taxes, shipping/membership.
If the credit is used for another purchase before the second box renews, the second box will not be free.
You may also cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel before your next renewal, you will not receive your 2nd box, because credits can only be applied to active subscriptions; credits cannot be transferred or used in the secret shop or redeemed for cash.
Boxes automatically renew every 28 days unless canceled by the customer. We must have 24 hours notice before a subscription renews in order to stop the next payment. Once a box has renewed it cannot be refunded.
If you would like to add more boxes to your first shipment, please message our member service team after checkout.
If you are an existing user (meaning you have purchased from us in the past and are in our system) and we recognize your name or address, we will refund and cancel your new account. We are a small company and it hurts us when people try to take advantage of us.
