What is a nutrition consultation?
The purpose of our Nutrition Consults is to guide you through how to add variety to your dog's diet in ways that complement your budget and lifestyle.
Nutrition Consultations are for all things dog nutrition-related. Proper digestion, dental hygiene, weight management, healthy skin and coat, allergies, help with boosting bowls, transitioning to raw, or just reassurance that you're meeting your dog's nutritional needs.
We are here to help you add variety to your dog's diet in ways that complement your budget and lifestyle. We are here to help you balance your food over time and suggest foods to boost your dog's health.
If your dog has a diagnosed illness and is currently undergoing treatment we may not be able to offer assistance.
All of our nutritionists are certified through the Feed Real Institute as Certified Professional Canine Nutritionists. Many are also certified through other institutions as well.

How will I be contacted?
Your wellness coach will email you the day before with instructions on how to join the call through Google Meet.
Can I book a consult without a membership?
No. At this time consultations are open to Wellness Members only.

What is your consultation cancellation policy?
We are a very small team and our appointment times are limited. Because of that, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. This allows us to open that time slot to another member.
If you cancel within 24 hours or no-show for your appointment you will forfeit your consult for that payment cycle. If you have an annual membership you will not be able to rebook until the next month.
If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be marked as a no-show and will need to reschedule.
I was unable to book a consultation for this cycle. Can I have a refund or credit?
No. Consultations are first come first served and are based on availability. The Wellness Membership includes multiple benefits that may or may not be utilized each cycle. No credits or refunds are available for unused benefits.
Can you formulate a meal plan for my dog?
Not exactly. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and confidence to feed your dog. We will provide the tools and resources necessary and guide you along the way! With the Wellness Membership, you also have full access to Feed Real and all of its research.
The Feed Real calculator will allow you to enter your dog's information and get a shopping list. Feed Real also provides DIY workshops, where you can prep 7 days of meals alongside one of our nutritionists, and multiple nutrition courses to help solidify your education.
