How do I earn Real Dog Coin?
Coins can be earned by referring friends to Real Dog Box or Feed Real.
Wellness Members can also earn 5% cash back (RDC) on Secret Shop purchases.
How do I use my Real Dog Coin?
Real Dog Coins can be spent as is in the Secret Shop and at Feed Real.
To us Real Dog Coins for subscription boxes, memberships, or custom orders you need to convert them to credit. This can be done in your wallet. Once coins are converted to credit it cannot be undone.
Can I send Real Dog Coin to a friend?
No. At this time coins are non-transferable. You can send e-gift cards through the gift shop.
Can Real Dog Coin be redeemed for cash?
No. Coins can only be used internally at Real.dog or FeedReal.com. Coins have no cash value outside of these sites.

Can I get a refund on a purchase made with Real Dog Coins?
No. All sales using RDC are final. Any coins earned during a promotion will be removed if the customer cancels their promotional purchase.
Do I lose my RDC if I cancel?
No. Coins will remain on your account for use when you return.
Coins will be lost if a customer is banned from using Real Dog Box or Feed Real services.
