Real Dog Box must be notified within 28 days of delivery if there are any mistakes in your order including missing items. If notification is made within 28 days they may receive a replacement in their next order (if inventory is available) or a credit for the item.

Refunds will not be issued for missing items. Customers may be required to send photo evidence of the delivered package.
