Occasionally we will run promotions or deals for new customers. Unless stated otherwise, these are not valid offers for current or former customers.

A new customer is someone who is not in our system. If you have purchased from us in the past and/or are in our system you are not considered a new customer. People with your same residence do not qualify as a new customer.

Using an alternate name, email, etc. to falsify being a new customer is a direct violation of our terms of service. If we see that you have used a new customer promo while not being a new customer we will cancel and refund your new account. We also reserve the right to terminate your main account at any time. Repeat offenses will result in termination and you will not be able to rejoin in the future.

Someone within your residence is not considered a new customer. If we see a new customer within your address we will cancel and refund the account.

No. Your friends and family must sign up on their own under all of their own information in order to use a referral code and/or promo. If we see that your referral code has been used for an account under your name, address, credit card, etc. it will be canceled and refunded. Any earned Real Dog Coin will also be removed.

Any direct connection between a current or former customer using a new customer promo will result in an immediate cancellation and refund and may also result in the termination of your main account.
