We understand that dogs may have a favorite item that you'd prefer to get. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the lineup. You can not pick and choose different items in your monthly box.
Our lineups are based on many factors including availability & rotation. This means the lineup may not be 100% confirmed until the day before it goes live. For this reason, we are unable to inform customers in advance or modify the lineup at the customer's request. This includes meatballs, super chews, food toppers, treats, and chews.
Sourcing is our biggest challenge and we often need to conserve the non-lineup items in stock so we have them available for restrictions subs.
You can always restrict individual items or proteins so your dog won't receive those in the future. You can not restrict items just to get the protein you'd prefer. For example, changing restrictions regularly to get specific items. If we notice this pattern your account may be canceled. This makes it very difficult for us to plan when sourcing and affects availability for people with required restrictions.
Can I get different types of the same item each month?
We are unable to send different types of the same item in a subscription box. For example, if you have 5 super chews they will all be the super chew for the current lineup. You can not get a variety of super chews.
This includes meatballs, super chews, food toppers, treats, and chews.
We do not have a way to automate different items and the lineup can't be modified.

Message our team on the day your box renews! We can let you know if we have your request available and add it to your order. We cannot process add-ons before your box renews as inventory fluctuates rapidly day to day and we can't guarantee we will have your add-on later in the cycle if you try to purchase it early. Note: this is an additional item and can not be swapped in for one of the lineup items.
