Did you know we can customize your subscription to meet your dog's needs?

My dog didn't like something in their box. What can I do?

We want your dog to love all of their treats and chews! Send us a message and we can offer some tips to entice them. Sometimes our dogs are unsure of new items and just need a little help.

If our suggestions don't work and they still don't like that item let us know! We will add a restriction to your account and send a replacement in your next box.

What is a restriction?

A restriction is a note on your subscription to let us know what NOT to send in your box. Anytime that item is in the lineup we will automatically replace it. We know every dog is different and has their preferences so we want to work with you to customize their experience.

If I restrict something do I get fewer items in my box?

Absolutely not! We will replace the restricted item with another item in the same category. For example, a light chew for a light chew.

What if I have all organ meat restricted?

In the case of dalmatians or other dogs that can't have organ meat, we will swap it out with a muscle treat instead!

Can I restrict all heavy chews?

Yes! We know some dogs don't handle the heavy chews and that's ok. Whether they are a senior or a puppy you know what works for your dog. Restricting heavy chews means you will get a medium or light chew in its place.

Can I restrict all medium or all light chews?

We recommend a variety of chew sizes and toughness not only for dental benefits but also for nutritional variety. This is why we don't offer a box with only heavy chews. In addition, our heavier chews are the hardest to source and it's a challenge to get enough to cover replacements each month. We usually don't have the inventory to send boxes with light and/or medium restrictions. If light and medium chews don't work for your dog we would recommend a different box type to meet your needs. How are replacements chosen?

Our inventory fluctuates rapidly from day to day so our team will replace your restricted item with what we have available at the time of packing your box from the same category.

Can I choose my replacement?

Our inventory is strategically stocked by looking at restrictions for upcoming cycles. We don't hold inventory so we do not buy enough to allow everyone to choose what they'd like. But, you can always add extras of your dog's favorite if we have it available! Send us a message on the day your box renews and check what we have available for add ons.

I'm no longer an active subscriber. Do my restrictions apply to one-time orders?

Restrictions are a benefit only available to active subscribers. One-time orders for inactive customers will be the current lineup with no restrictions.
