Porch pirates and shipping losses do happen on occasion and we'd hate for your pup to miss out on their treats.
We offer a one-time (once per calendar year) courtesy replacement for boxes lost in transit or stolen. If you would like to redeem that please let us know within 30 days of purchase. Beyond 30 days we will not be able to replace your order.
If theft is common in your area we can always update your address for you to a more secure location such as a PO box or work address.
Additional boxes that are lost or stolen need to be handled through the carrier and you will need to file a claim with them. As a small business, we cannot absorb the repeated cost of lost packages and replacements due to carrier error or theft.
