How do I book a workshop as a CPCN student?
If you are taking the professional canine nutritionist course you can book your workshop after completing unit 6.
Your workshop is included in the course. Do not purchase an additional workshop.
To book a workshop log into your account and click "workshops" on the left side menu
Click "schedule now"
Pick the available date that works for you and save.
I am not taking the CPCN course, how do I book a workshop?
Go to https://www.feedreal.com/workshops to view available workshops.
Click the available date you'd like to book and add to cart. Click the icon in the upper right corner to view your cart and checkout.
How do I prepare for the workshop? What do I need?
Your confirmation email includes all of the details you need for your workshop including the link to the calculator, the link for the call, the supplies you need, as well as helpful articles that we encourage participants to read. We recommend you read your email fully as well as the attached articles.
If you don't receive your email please check your spam folder.
Can I use bone meal instead of raw meaty bones?
Yes. When filling out the calculator choose the 90% option for your bone source. The amount of bone shown on shopping list will be multiplied by .2 to get the amount of bone meal needed. For example: if you need 5oz of raw meaty bone daily choosing the 90% option you will use 1oz of bone meal daily. 5x.2=1
How do I choose what items to use?
After filling out the calculator you will receive your shopping list via email. Your bone source will be specified based on what you selected.
For the rest of your ingredients, you get to choose based on your preferences and what is available to you.
What do I do if I can't get seafood or organ?
If seafood is difficult to source you can use canned sardines or anchovies packed in water. You can also use Real Dog Box dried seafood treats.
For organ you can use Real Dog Box's ground organ food topper or dried organ treats.
If you use Real Dog Box air dried treats in your meals your calculator results will tell you how much to use. Check the "having trouble sourcing" box to open your options.
I've changed my mind, can I get a refund?
No workshop purchases are non-refundable. This is acknowledged and agreed to at the time of purchase.
Can I reschedule my workshop?
Yes you can reschedule your workshop up to 48 hours before. Within 48 hours you will not be able to reschedule. At that time it is too late to open the spot to another customer and give them enough time to prepare.
If you do not attend or participate you will forfeit your workshop. If you need to complete the workshop to finish your CPCN certification you will be responsible for paying the $49 workshop fee.
