Our billing system charges the credit card you have on file every 28 days. This means that your renewal date won’t necessarily be on the same calendar date of the month. Your box will be shipped 2-3 business days after your card is charged.
If you need to change your billing date, simply shoot us a message and we will adjust it for you.
