If Subscriber signs up for the annual wellness membership ($204) and has not used any benefits, they are eligible for a full refund, minus our $6 processing fee and the difference of their shipping cost for the box. Cancellation must be requested before their first box ships.

After first box ships, Subscriber has 28 days to request a refund, minus our processing fee of $6, plus $22 for using the first month of membership.

If Subscriber has used the annual wellness membership benefits after 28 days, they are eligible for a credit on their account, which will apply towards their monthly order. The credit will be less $22 for each month they have used.
